In any undertaking Techniks Group Corporation management is committed to the philosophy that engineering services should always be consistent with the requirements of the Client, carried out through an established methodology and complemented by the professional expertise of its assigned personnel and modern technology.

Execution of any project is effected through a systematized management control and coordination. As a standard procedure each project is headed by a Project Manager or a Senior Staff selected on his qualification and experience as project administrator and as a technologist and whose responsibility is to orchestrate the assignment of assigned staff selected to perform individually specialized tasks.

Back-up requirements of the project personnel are detailed and programmed.

For reasons of economics, logistics is established; work and staff schedules are prepared and adhered to. Project activities are monitored to determine the status and progress of the work.
